RIGHT OF INFORMATION OF DATA SUBJECTS – Privilege Club

The data provided on the Privilege Club enrolment form will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Joining the Solverde Privilege Club Card, including customer management;
• Sending promotional communications from Solverde, SA;
• Profile definition, based on your interactions with Solverde, SA, in order to target the promotional communications to be sent.

Legal Grounds for Lawful Processing

The processing of personal data has the following grounds for bidding basis:

• Your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of Privilege Club membership, customer management;
• Compliance with a legal obligation to which the person responsible for the data is required regarding the billing records (check if applicable);
• The legitimate interest of the person wich the data is being managed to recieve promotional communications. This legitimate interest is justified with the business relationship between the customer and Solverde, SA, based on proximity and trust, and the sending of promotional communications to Privilege Card members is not considered an infringement to the holder’s right to data protection.

Automated/Profile decisions

As part of its activity, Grupo Solverde plans to carry out the definition of customer profiles in order to advertise the resulting promotional and advertising and marketing activities. Based on the history of interactions with Grupo Solverde’s website (www.gruposolverde.pt), user profiles will be defined, only resulting from this treatment the attribution of promotional advantages, as well as the sending of advertising and direct marketing.

Recipients

As the main responsable for the data management of its clients, Grupo Solverde and its employees will have access to that personal data. Those employees will only have access to data strictly necessary, which may be used for communication by virtue of legal obligations.

Storage Deadlines:

• The data provided for the purpose of customer management will be kept for a period of one year from the last interaction of the Data Holder with Grupo Solverde.
• The data provided for the purpose of Advertising and Marketing will be kept for a period of one year after the last interaction of the Data Holder with Grupo Solverde.

Data Subjects’ Rights

The data subject may at any time require the person responsible for the data management to have access to, rectify or erase personal data concerning him or her, to limit the processing and to have the data portable (unless any of the restrictions set out in Regulation 679/2016 apply). The data subject has the right to object, either at the time of collection of the data or to any communication sent, to the sending of promotional communications.

The data subject may withdraw the consent already given, at any time, without any effect on the lawfulness of the processing carried out hitherto.
