The data you provide to Grupo Solverde will be used exclusively for the purposes described. With regard to the purpose of customer management, personal data will only be used after obtaining the free, express and positive consent of the Data subject, within the meaning of Articles 7 and 8 of the GDPR.
Basis for Lawfulness
The processing of personal data has the following grounds for lawfulness:
Automated decisions / profiles: As part of its activities, Grupo Solverde plans to define customer profiles in order to publicise the resulting promotional, advertising and marketing activities. Based on the history of interactions with the Solverde Group website (www-dev.grupoolverde.pt), user profiles will be defined, only resulting from this treatment the attribution of promotional advantages, as well as the sending of advertising and direct marketing.
Addressees: Grupo Solverde, as the Controller, and its Subcontractors will have access to personal data. The latter will only have access to strictly necessary data, with the exception of possible legal obligations.
Retention periods: The data provided for the purpose of customer management will be kept for a period of one year from the last interaction of the Data Subject with Grupo Solverde.
Purpose(s) of processing: Data provided for Advertising and Marketing purposes will be kept for a period of one year after the Data Subject’s last interaction with Grupo Solverde.
The data provided for recruitment purposes will be used exclusively for application management, recruitment and staff selection. This processing operation is legally based on the consent of the Data Subject. The data provided by the candidate will be kept by Grupo Solverde for a period of one year after the end of the selection and recruitment process, without prejudice to the fact that the period may extend for the duration of any legal proceedings and up to a maximum of 6 months after the final decision.
The data provided for the purpose of Reservations will be processed by Grupo Solverde exclusively for the purpose of executing a contract. Personal data collected for this purpose will be kept for a period of one year from the Data Subject’s last interaction with the Solverde Group, unless otherwise provided by law.
For tax purposes, the data will be kept for a period of ten years from the purchase of the service, as provided in Article 123, paragraph 4 of the Corporate Income Tax Code (CIRC).
Rights of Data Subjects: The Data Subject may, at any time, require the Data Protection Officer to have access to personal data concerning him/her, as well as their rectification or erasure, limitation of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability (unless any of the restrictions provided for in Regulation 679/2016 apply).
Consent: The Data Subject may withdraw the consent already provided, at any time, without any effect on the lawfulness of the processing carried out hitherto.
Complaint: The Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, in this case, the National Data Protection Commission.
By submitting your application, you will be making your personal data available to Solverde – Sociedade de Investimentos Turísticos da Costa Verde, SA, which will be responsible for the processing.
In case you give your consent, your personal data may be communicated to the companies of the Grupo Violas, SGPS, and you may be selected for possible open positions in those companies.
If you are applying for a specific vacancy, the data you send is necessary for pre-contractual procedures, in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1(b) of the GDPR, for the purpose of recruitment and selection of human resources.
If you have chosen to submit an unsolicited application, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a).
When you apply for a specific vacancy, your data will be kept until the end of the recruitment process or, if you give your consent to keep your data for future recruitment processes, until two years after the data has been sent. To provide your consent to such further retention, please send an email to recrutamento@solverde.pt expressing your wish for your personal data to be held by us for 2 years.
Personal data processed in the context of a spontaneous application will be kept for a period of 2 years, after which they will be deleted.
You may, at any time, require from the Data Protection Officer access to and correction or deletion of personal data concerning you and the limitation of processing (unless any of the restrictions set out in Regulation 679/2016 apply).
You may also withdraw the consent given at any time, without this jeopardising the processing of data already carried out on the basis of your consent.
