Show cooking and stations have been created specifically to delight a variety of palates, surprising guests with different savoury and sweet delicacies.

Bairrada-style suckling pig, sushi, clams à la Bulhão Pato, mini francesinhas, shrimp à la guilho: these are just some of the options available at our buffet. There will also be show cooking of fish and meat with dishes such as Lisbon-style cod, pasta rodizio, sliced pork leg or Mendinha veal ribs.

To end the dinner on a sweet note, miniature desserts and regional sweets will be on display for all those with a sweet tooth who like to try a little bit of everything. For cheese lovers, there is also a new area with Portuguese and international options.

To accompany a good dinner, there is nothing better than shows or concerts that will leave everyone in good spirits.
