How to join?

  • Visit one of our casinos and sign up for free at the Privilege Club counter, or if you prefer, sign up online.
  • Upon joining, you will receive a personalised card along with information on how to use it.
  • Only individuals aged 18 or over may join, the card is personal and non-transferable.

What is it?

The new Privilege Club card is a loyalty program with a new gaming system that offers its members various products and services with exclusive advantages through the accumulation of points.

How to join

Through self-registration with your citizen card or electronic passport, or through the check-in desk with another type of identification card.

Upon joining, you will receive a personalized card along with information on how to use it and a 10€ Promoticket!

Only individuals with 18 years of age or over 18 can join. The card is personal and non-transferable.

In the case of hotels, holders of the Solverde Privilege Club Casinos or Hotels card can earn points on stays and on all types of expenditure incurred at these establishments.

The points earned are automatically converted into Solverde Euros. The accumulated value may be used exclusively for the purchase of goods and services within the Solverde Casinos and Hotels Group.

Benefits of the Solverde Privilege Club Casinos or Hotels card when you make a direct booking at one of the hotels:

  • Accumulation of Solverde Euros (For every 100€ spent at Solverde Hotels, Privilege Club members earn 1 Solverde Euro)
  • VIP treatment on arrival

How do I join the Solverde Privilege Club?

Membership of the Privilege Club is free and can be arranged directly at any Solverde casino or hotel in Portugal, or via the website gruposolverde.pt.

How do you earn points with the Privilege Club?

Privilege Club points are earned on slot machines and traditional games at Solverde casinos, as well as during stays at Solverde hotels. Points can be redeemed for offers and benefits.

Does the Privilege Club work at all Solverde casinos and hotels?

Yes. The Privilege Club card is valid at all 5 Solverde casinos (Espinho, Vilamoura, Monte Gordo, Praia da Rocha and Chaves) and at all 4 Solverde hotels (Hotel Solverde Spa & Wellness Centre, Hotel Algarve Casino, Hotel Casino Chaves and Hotel Apartamento Solverde)
