On October 9 and 10, Casino Espinho presents *The Beatles – Crossing the Universe*, a show that takes the Beatles' greatest classics on a journey through diverse cultures and musical styles.

It is a musical project that transcends borders, languages, and traditions to rediscover the Beatles in every corner of the globe.

The Beatles – Crossing the Universe* was born from the idea that great music does not belong to a single place, but rather to every place capable of feeling it. This project offers a radical reinterpretation of the Beatles' songbook: it is not merely a tribute, but a true cultural translation. Genres, instruments, languages, and even the lyrics themselves are reimagined so that each classic sounds as if it had always belonged to that specific setting. A song might be reborn as a *fado*, featuring a Portuguese guitar where a piano once played; it might adopt the rhythm of a tango or the warmth of a bolero. There is no fixed formula; each song finds the genre that best translates its soul.

Behind this sonic universe lies a band of multi-instrumentalists capable of switching from electric guitar to *cajón*, or from Portuguese guitar to sampler, as the musical journey demands. More than just a show, it is a celebration of how music travels, changes its attire, learns new languages, and—despite everything—remains universal.
