Vizinhos arrive on stage at the Hotel Casino Chaves on 2 October for a great night of Portuguese music and lots of entertainment!
David Mendonça, Francisco Cartaxo, Tomás Cartaxo and Miguel Brites take to the stage for a dinner show that promises a memorable evening, where music, emotion and closeness to the audience take centre stage.
Born in Évora and with roots in the Grupo Académico Seistetos, Vizinhos conquered the country in record time. The band, formed in early 2025, stood out for its innovative social media strategy — ‘Start a band from scratch to the Coliseu’ — which quickly became a success story.
Their debut single, ‘Pôr do Sol’, released in March 2025, became the song of the year, reaching #1 on Spotify and the Top Airplay chart for several months, with tens of millions of streams and a Triple Platinum award. This was followed by ‘Pobre Ex-Namorado’ (Poor Ex-Boyfriend), another huge hit that confirmed the band's strength, reaching Platinum and the top spots on the national charts. ‘Casar É Para Esquecer’ (Marriage Is Forgetting) consolidated their connection with the public, entering directly into Spotify's Top 50.
With more than 50 concerts in a single year and notable appearances at major festivals and academic events, Vizinhos are recognised for their authenticity, their Alentejo DNA and the strong emotional connection they create on stage. Between accordion, guitars, mandolin and complicit voices, each performance becomes a collective celebration.
